This policy explains what information kennethholland.com collects and what we do with it. The site is run by SkyGoFly LLC, Goodyear, Arizona ("we" or "us"), for Kenneth Holland's On Board Courier work.
The site has no forms. If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive whatever you choose to send. That's usually your name, company, phone number, email address and job details such as origin, destination, pickup time and a description of the shipment.
Like most websites, our web host and security software record basic technical data when you visit. This includes your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and the time of your visit. Our host also sets two short-lived security cookies that help block attacks and bots.
We use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta (the company behind Facebook and Instagram). It tells Meta when someone visits a page on this site, and it may set a cookie in your browser. Meta can use this to show our ads to people who have visited the site and to measure how those ads perform. Meta handles this data under its own privacy policy.
The site's typeface is loaded from Google Fonts. When your browser loads it, Google receives your IP address. Google handles this under its own privacy policy.
We use what you send us to reply to you, quote and run courier jobs, and keep normal business and tax records. We use technical data to keep the site working and secure, and to understand whether our advertising is working.
We don't sell your information. We share job details only with the people needed to complete a job, such as the broker or agency that booked it, airlines, customs and the receiving party. We may also share information when the law requires it. The services named above (our web host, Meta and Google) receive data as described in this policy.
We keep messages and job records for as long as we need them for the work and for business, tax and legal reasons. Technical logs are kept for a limited time and then deleted.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them. You can manage how Meta uses your activity for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings. To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email us. Some records we must keep by law.
This site is meant for businesses and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No website or email system is completely secure, so please don't send passwords or payment card numbers by WhatsApp or email unless we've agreed on a secure way to do it.
