Why Everything is a Scam

'Once you ask why everything is a scam...you've already lost.'

The nightmares of my senior year…

In my ‘dream’…I’m trying to find my high school locker. I eventually find it. Then, I cannot remember the combination. Then the school bell rings. I’m late for class…but then cannot find my classroom.

This went on for years. And I remember waking up sweating and thinking to myself, “I have NO IDEA what I’m doing here in school.”

Because I really didn’t.

Oh sure, I studied and ‘learned what they taught me’. But how was I supposed to apply any of this?

The answer is you don’t.

Why Everything is a Scam: Failure to learn who you are...

You see, here is my blunt opinion about our education system:

It’s a joke. Yep. A total joke.

They teach crap that you’ll NEVER use, yet they somehow forget to teach things like…

REAL business applications.

Making things happen for yourself.

You know what’s even worse? They STILL indoctrinate the ‘get your college education and then get a great career’.

You see, when I get emails from people complaining that they’re afraid of ‘being scammed’ on this ‘work at home deal’, this is my answer:

“You’ve Already Been Scammed”

I actually think most people should go to college. But not for the reasons outlined above (that's another post).

Do you really believe there is anything promised and guaranteed to you in your ‘career’? If so, I urge you to open your eyes and see the reality of what is really happening. There’s more poor people than EVER! Unemployment rate? It’s MUCH higher than they let on. It’s just a political soundbite.

If you’ve been reading my stuff for awhile, you know I’m a realist and don’t sugarcoat things.

If there’s one thing I want you to remember on this post…it’s this: No one has your back. Not the government, not your boss.

No one.

Sounds depressing, doesn’t it? It’s not. Because there’s never been more opportunity to carve your own path. The opportunities are endless.

But YOU have to grab them and take them.

No one will do it for you.

So next time when either you or someone you know bitches about ‘what scam are you selling’, just know it’s already happening to you...

...unless you know who you are.
