Everyone has different ways to relax and get away.
One of mine is to spend time at Founders Plaza at Dallas Ft. Worth International Airport.
Founders is an observation area that was built in 1995 (in my video below I said 10 years ago so I was way off) as a dedication to the founders of Dallas Ft. Worth International Airport. It’s a place to come hang out, relax and watch big commercial jets take off and land right in front of you on the West side of the airport.
Many people use it as a ‘cell phone lot’ (a waiting area to pick up their passengers without having to drive around the terminal) and to just come and watch planes land. Many also come out to ‘plane spot’…which is the hobby of shooting pictures and/or video of commercial and civil aircraft (also called ‘plane spotting’).
But whatever your reason is it’s just a relaxed place to hang and unwind.
Here’s more information from their website:
Over the years, Founders’ Plaza has become a favorite spot for families, aviation enthusiasts and Airport employees. The Observation Area offers magnificent views of many types of aircraft as they take off and land. In addition, the plaza provides convenient parking, picnic tables, telescopes, historic information, a commemorative monument and a radio that broadcasts air traffic control communications from the FAA tower. Founders’ Plaza is open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Founders Plaza also has:
> A dedication section to the U.S. armed forces and their ongoing sacrifices.
> Engraved bricks adjacent to the main walkway. Regular citizens like you and me can pay to have a brick laid in this section with whatever dedication or memorial we chose…pretty cool.
NOTE: As of October of 2017, brick orders are no longer available (as of this post). They might open it back up in the future.
If you’re ever near the DFW Airport, make sure to go check out Founders. You’ll really enjoy it.

Who doesn't pal? If you have a rich Uncle, you're good to go. If not, then you better get real and realize that latest 'opportunity' on that Facebook group where you can make 300 bucks over and over for doing nothing is complete bullshit. ARE YOU READY TO GET REAL?? >> >> >> >>
