Who the Hell ARE YOU? [Email Marketing Tip]

Who the Hell ARE YOU? [Email Marketing Tip]I don’t know about you, but when I get to know someone, I prefer that they use the same name whenever I see them or they call me.

Call me crazy…

…but my communications with someone in this scenario pretty-much-usually-more-often-than-not-actually-FREAKING-NEVER go like the following:Continue reading

The No-Holds-Barred Truth on Building Your Online Business

The No-Holds-Barred Truth on Building Your Online BusinessOk folks. I got nothing witty today.

Well…I do, but I decided after having a conversation with someone severely misled about the truth of online marketing, I needed to address this issue with as much brevity as possible.

This could easily be a 5,000 word post, but screw that. Let’s get to what you need to know:Continue reading

If you want to work from home in your pajamas then don’t read this

work from home in your pajamasThere’s two sayings on the internet (because…y’know…there’s none of that online)…

‘It’s Not What You Know. It’s Who You Know’

‘All working from home did was get me smelly pajamas’

Ok. Second one not so much. But boy is it ever true.Continue reading

Should You Use Bearspray to Repel Tire-Kickers?

Should You Use Bearspray to Repel Tire-Kickers?Never been a big camper.

I have done it…but it’s been quite a long time. Actually, my idea of camping is stocking up on some cheese and cabernet at a Ritz Carlton, then making a fort with the pillows and monogrammed robes.

(I usually have a partner when I do this…)

Hey…don’t knock it ’till you’ve tried it!

Now, apparently, it’s recommended you take Bearspray if you’re going to camp in the deep woods.Continue reading

Brigantine Point Loma – Bring on the Fish Tacos! – Dot Com Food

Brigantine Point Loma – Bring on the Fish TacosMy all-time favorite place to eat in San Diego is The Brigantine Seafood and Oyster Bar Restaurant…more commonly known to the locals as The Brig.

The Brigantine first opened in 1969 and has several locations around SD. But the one I’ve been going to for years is in Point Loma.

In the interest of full disclosure and honesty, I have never eaten in their dining room. I have always dined in the oyster bar section where they serve a much simpler menu. Just habit I guess…

Watch the video as I showcase a quick Fish Taco (what they’re known for) and a delicious Ballast Point Sculpin:

NOTE: The Brig also has another great location in Del Mar next to the Del Mar Horse Racing Track and Fairgrounds.

Why Network Marketing Duplication is a Myth

Why Network Marketing Duplication is a Myth…but WHY you should STILL include it in your business.

Network Marketing is quite the buzzword in the business world. Let’s face it: It has the unflattering reputation of a hypey, get-rich quick scheme and this label has dogged it for decades.

And you know what? Most of it is deserved.

Why Your Hot 2nd Grade Teacher Won’t Help You Make Money Online

Why Your Hot 2nd Grade Teacher Won’t Help You Make Money OnlineThose thigh-high fake leather boots ensured I was not going to be the best student.

Her name was Mrs. Crocker and she was my 2nd grade teacher. And as she walked in on the first day of school I was mezzy-merized. She was tall, sported a mini-skirt and these looooong boots that came up to her knees.

‘What the heck is this’?! I thought to myself. I wasn’t sure why I liked this so much but oh…I knew I did.Continue reading
