I don’t know about you, but when I get to know someone, I prefer that they use the same name whenever I see them or they call me.
Call me crazy…
…but my communications with someone in this scenario pretty-much-usually-more-often-than-not-actually-FREAKING-NEVER go like the following:Continue reading
Ok folks. I got nothing witty today.
Well…I do, but I decided after having a conversation with someone severely misled about the truth of online marketing, I needed to address this issue with as much brevity as possible.
This could easily be a 5,000 word post, but screw that. Let’s get to what you need to know:Continue reading
There’s two sayings on the internet (because…y’know…there’s none of that online)…
‘It’s Not What You Know. It’s Who You Know’
‘All working from home did was get me smelly pajamas’
Ok. Second one not so much. But boy is it ever true.Continue reading
Never been a big camper.
I have done it…but it’s been quite a long time. Actually, my idea of camping is stocking up on some cheese and cabernet at a Ritz Carlton, then making a fort with the pillows and monogrammed robes.
(I usually have a partner when I do this…)
Hey…don’t knock it ’till you’ve tried it!
Now, apparently, it’s recommended you take Bearspray if you’re going to camp in the deep woods.Continue reading
Want me to let you in on a little secret?
There are no secrets. There’s no wizard behind the curtain.
Sales and marketing is a simple game folks (online or otherwise).
You know what the game is??

‘When he reached the New World, Cortez burned his ships. As a result his men were well motivated.’ – Character Captain Ramius (played by Sean Connery) in the movie ‘Hunt for Red October’

My all-time favorite place to eat in San Diego is The Brigantine Seafood and Oyster Bar Restaurant…more commonly known to the locals as The Brig.
The Brigantine first opened in 1969 and has several locations around SD. But the one I’ve been going to for years is in Point Loma.
In the interest of full disclosure and honesty, I have never eaten in their dining room. I have always dined in the oyster bar section where they serve a much simpler menu. Just habit I guess…
Watch the video as I showcase a quick Fish Taco (what they’re known for) and a delicious Ballast Point Sculpin:
NOTE: The Brig also has another great location in Del Mar next to the Del Mar Horse Racing Track and Fairgrounds.
…but WHY you should STILL include it in your business.
Network Marketing is quite the buzzword in the business world. Let’s face it: It has the unflattering reputation of a hypey, get-rich quick scheme and this label has dogged it for decades.
And you know what? Most of it is deserved.
Those thigh-high fake leather boots ensured I was not going to be the best student.
Her name was Mrs. Crocker and she was my 2nd grade teacher. And as she walked in on the first day of school I was mezzy-merized. She was tall, sported a mini-skirt and these looooong boots that came up to her knees.
‘What the heck is this’?! I thought to myself. I wasn’t sure why I liked this so much but oh…I knew I did.Continue reading
In today’s video, I went to one of my favorite places to eat…Point Loma Seafoods.
Point Loma Seafoods was started by Kelly Christianson and his wife Marie in 1963 when they began selling fish out of a small store. From there it has grown to one of THE go-to places in San Diego.Continue reading
